The Texas Regional Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation ("TRCE") offers a streamlined, cost-effective approach to tax-exempt bond financing. We are authorized by the State of Texas to issue bonds for many kinds of community, cultural and educational projects.

As an additional community booster, TRCE shares 25% of all issuance fees directly with the city or county where the project is located.
