Local Giveback and Support

The mission of the Texas Regional Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation (TRCE) is to support education, healthcare and 501(c)(3) programs throughout the State of Texas while giving back to Texas communities.

By supporting our local communities and their charities with a portion of the revenue generated through the issuance of taxable and tax-exempt bonds, the TRCE is able to directly enrich the health and welfare of the residents of Texas.

The TRCE shares 25% of all issuance fees directly with the city or county where the facility being financed is located. This unique commitment to "give back" directly to the communities in which we operate sets the TRCE apart.
