Our Process

The TRCE strives to make the application process as flexible and streamlined as possible. Regularly scheduled Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month. The TRCE will do its best to accommodate special meeting requests, when necessary to meet critical deadlines. Please feel free to contact us at any time with questions.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Consult with Your Investment Banker or Bond Counsel and review our Issuance Policies.

2. Complete an Application.
Applications are due no later than the second Tuesday of each month, one week in advance of the Board meeting. In order to be included on the agenda, draft resolutions for Board action prepared by Bond Counsel must be received by 12:00 CST on the day before the Board Meeting. Email transmittal is preferred.

3. TRCE & Local Approvals
The TRCE will coordinate with Bond Counsel and the Investment Banker with regards to the Issuer Initial and Final Resolutions. We will also coordinate any local city/county approvals and public hearings required to complete the bond financing.
